It’s official! Jinger Duggar married Jeremy Vuolo in a romantic wedding ceremony in Arkansas on Saturday, November 5, Jinger’s parents confirmed in a sweet video posted on the family’s website.
“We are so excited for Jinger and Jeremy. They just got married and they are such a sweet couple,” dad Jim Bob Duggar said. “Jinger is one of the most dynamic, beautiful, Godly girls that I know, and Jeremy is such a passionate, loving, kind spiritual leader. … Match made in heaven.”
Mom Michelle Duggar added, “Congratulations, Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo. We love you guys!”
Jinger’s sister Jessa Duggar also shared a congratulatory message, captioning an Instagram photo of the newlyweds: “Ahhhhhh! So happy for my sister and brother-in-law! The wedding was beautiful!”
The happy couple, who met in May 2015, tied the knot in front of their closest friends and family members at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, a source tells Us Weekly.
As previously reported, the Counting On stars got engaged in July just one month after they announced they were officially courting. “So excited to share this news that we are now engaged,” the duo told Us in a statement. “From both of us, thank you all for the countless well-wishes we’ve received during the courtship. We are so excited to take this next step in spending our lives together. We are so grateful for how the Lord has brought us together. It has been an incredible journey so far and we are excited about serving Christ together in the coming days.”
In August, Jinger, 22, exclusively told Us that soccer player Vuolo, 29, was the answer to her prayers. “I asked God for this in a future spouse, and He has done far and above anything I could have ever imagined or dreamed in bringing Jeremy into my life,” she gushed.
